These terms apply when you buy from 99 Sourced at 99sourced.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, was priced or described incorrectly, or if payment can't be confirmed, and we will refund anything you've paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how to return an item and when you'll be refunded. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Products

We try to show and describe every product accurately, but colours and details can look slightly different on your screen.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
